All of our soup recipes are homemade, and we also serve a variety of delicious sandwiches, wraps, salads, New England style pot pies and, of course, our famous Maine Lobster Roll.

Starting under the name Kitchens of the Bay State, in Faneuil Hall, the Boston Chowda concept has emerged and grown into 4 successful locations in and around Boston. With our family members running this soup and sandwich shop, you are guaranteed pure, homemade, deliciousness. Our menu goes further than your average soup and sandwich shop, we have homemade wraps, salads, New England style pot pies, New England Clam Chowda and our famous Maine Lobster Roll.
Boston Chowda Company is owned and operated by the Lamattina family, and take pride in the fact that our home-style dishes are just like the ones that Grandma made and served with love. Recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation. It is our passion for food that makes us want to share our home-style dishes with you.

We have been featured on the Food Network Channel, Food Finds, Unwrapped, and the E! Channel. We are also a Two Time Champion of the Annual Boston ChowderFest.
